Time Out: A Second Chance

I thought I was just some screw up.
I wasn't meant to live.
And I wondered...
Why did I get a second chance?
Now,
But Now,
I realize
That Without me,
The world could be inanimate
Just like I once was...

So this is Erikka from my soon to be story Time Out. I had some help on this drawing thanks to flickr and dA. And I think it all helped me a lot. The shading! I am so amazed with how it turned out. Probably the best shading I've ever done. This is done in Mechanical Pencil and took about 4 straight hours. When I get home, this will be better quality, I'll add effects in Gimp, and type some stuff on it.
