The evil guys! Ember and Storm!
Ember is badass cuz she's got this giant discoid on her back that she plans to use to take over the city. It was mutated in a lab. She tends to throw it like a frisbee and jump on it and can hover in the air with it.
Storm has a whole bunch of discoids that can come shooting out of his shoulders and arms like rockets. It's really neat.
